Our objective at EWT is to assist building owners and managers with reducing the total costs of operation through the implementation of sound water treatment and facility maintenance programs. As part of the evaluation of the facility's existing water treatment program, EWT will examine three areas for potential savings:
- Mechanical: Evaluate the efficiencies of the existing HVAC equipment to establish a base line. Evaluate the effectiveness of existing pre-treatment and treatment systems and make recommendations towards system improvements.
- Operational: Evaluate procedures utilized in the operation of the buildings HVAC equipment. Evaluate systems/procedures utilized to document the protection of the property's assets.
- Chemical: Evaluate the effectiveness of the current chemical program towards the prevention of scale, corrosion, and microbiological fouling of the heat transfer surfaces.
